Beat the doldrums, expand your mind, and see what your friends and neighbors are reading (oh, and there are some really cool prizes, too!). Sign-ups start on Monday, January 14.
To get started, head over to the Ask a Librarian desk and sign yourself up. To participate, just pick a book belonging to one of the categories below, and start reading! When you’re done, write a one or two sentence review of what you’ve read—you can fill out a paper form, or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your name, title of the book, author, category and review in your email. We’ll share reviews, so you can see what everyone else is reading!
With each review you submit, you’ll be entered in a weekly prize drawing—and if you finish three or more categories, you’ll be entered in our grand prize drawing at the end of March! To be eligible for the grand prize drawing, you must turn in your reading passport by Friday, March 15th at 6 pm. Weekly drawings will be held on Mondays at 10 am from January 28 to March 18. The grand prize drawing will also be held at 10 am on March 18.
